Close House is a Herriot Country holiday cottage situated in the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and near the market town of Easingwold and city of York.
A pretty self contained Victorian cottage. Attached to the owner’s 16th century property it has been newly updated to create spacious, comfortable high standard accommodation. It includes an enclosed private sunny courtyard garden with seating as well as ample parking. The cottage offers a well equipped bespoke kitchen, leading into an open plan living/dining area. There is a downstairs WC and hand basin. Upstairs there is a generous bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom and bathroom lead off a spacious landing with views over the surrounding countryside. Large bedroom with king size bed.
An ideal romantic setting for two to stay. Walk or bike from the door exploring the many footpaths in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside.
